The Customer Portal — known as Customer Assistant® Websites — is a branded online portal where your customers can log in 24/7 to manage their account, request or cancel services, view service history, and make payments, without calling your office.

Can customers pay online through the Customer Portal?

Yes. The Customer Portal supports one-time payments, autopay enrollment, and prepay sign-up. All payments are PCI compliant. RealGreen customers using the portal have 12% more customers on autopay than those without it.

Does the Customer Portal support multi-property and commercial account management?

Yes. Property managers and commercial accounts can toggle between service addresses using a dropdown and view activity per location. Billing can be consolidated so one invoice covers all properties with one payment applied across them. The portal also surfaces service recommendations based on technician condition codes so customers can add services and purchase directly.

Does the Customer Portal sync with Service Assistant®?

Yes. The portal syncs in real time with Service Assistant®. Any customer action — service request, cancellation, payment — is immediately reflected in your CRM so your office team always has the latest data.

Can customers update payment methods and manage their account through the portal?

Yes. Customers can store cards on file and update them directly in the portal. The system automatically notifies customers when a card is about to expire. Customers can also switch to autopay, view their prepaid balance, and manage billing preferences — all without contacting your office.
