What is Automated Marketing Assistant®?

Automated Marketing Assistant® (AMA) is RealGreen's built-in email automation tool. After a one-time setup, it sends 50+ pre-built emails automatically based on triggers — including prepay reminders, after-service follow-ups, renewal notices, and referral invitations.

Does RealGreen support two-way customer texting?

Currently, SMS notifications are outbound only — automated texts for pre-service, after-service, payment reminders, and more. Two-way texting is coming with RealGreen's Communication Center update, which will allow full two-way SMS conversations stored in customer accounts. Does RealGreen send automated after-service notifications?

Yes. Automated Marketing Assistant® sends after-service emails that include details about what was applied, conditions found, and recommended follow-up actions — keeping customers informed without any manual effort from your office team.

How do I set up SMS notifications in RealGreen?

SMS notifications require a 10 DLC registration — a federal compliance process — to enable texting with a dedicated number. Once registered, you configure trigger rules in SA5 — each template can be filtered by branch, service type, customer segment, and flag codes to ensure the right message reaches the right customer. If SMS delivery fails, the system can automatically fall back to email.

Can I customize notification templates per branch or location?

Yes. Each branch can have its own templates with unique branding, reply-to email address, and messaging. You can maintain as many active templates as needed, ensuring every location communicates with its own voice while staying on your company's platform.
