Currently, SMS notifications are outbound only — automated texts for pre-service, after-service, payment reminders, and more. SMS notifications require a 10 DLC registration — a federal compliance process — to enable texting with a dedicated number. Once registered, you configure trigger rules in SA5 — each template can be filtered by branch, service type, customer segment, and flag codes to ensure the right message reaches the right customer. If SMS delivery fails, the system can automatically fall back to email.
Yes. Each branch can have its own templates with unique branding, reply-to email address, and messaging. You can maintain as many active templates as needed, ensuring every location communicates with its own voice while staying on your company's platform.
